अविरल वर्षाका कारण खोलामा आएको वाढीले दोलखाको उत्तरी गौरीशंकर र खारे गाविसमा निर्माणाधिन सिप्रिङ खोला जलविद्युत आयोजनामा कार्यरत मजदुरको क्याम्प वगाउँदा ९ जना मजदुरको मृत्यु भएको छ । ५ जना गम्भीर घाइते हुनुका साथै वाढीमा परि २ जना वेपत्ता भएका छन् ।

मृत्यु हुनेमा वाग्लुङका भीष्म राना, ओम वहादुर पुन बीरगञ्जका कपिलदेव यादव, रामेछापका शैलेश राई, दोलखाका लालसिङ तमाङ, पुस्कर विक, सुन्दर तमाङ लाक्पा शेर्पा र उनकी श्रीमती वाङदे शेर्पा रहेका छन् ।

हराइरहेका दोलखाका श्याम तमाङ र मानसिंह तमाङ खोजी भइरहेको प्रहरी नायव उपरीक्षक धीरजप्रताप सिंहले जानकारी दिए । नेपाली सेनाको हेलिकप्टरमार्फत उद्धार गरी ल्याइएका घाइते ३ जनाको सदरमुकाम र दुई जनाको दोलखाको गौरीशंकर जनरल अस्पतालमा उपचार भइरहेको छ ।

२ क्याम्पमा सुतेका अन्य मजदुरले भने भागेर ज्यान जोगाएका थिए । उनीहरु सवै सम्पर्कमा आइसकेको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । गौरीशंकर गाविसको मुलखर्क ९ मा क्याम्प वनाएर वसेका मजदुरलाई राति करिव १ वजेतिर वाढीले वगाएको हो ।
